Two facets of our spiritual practice and life

You can break your spiritual practice and life into two general categories or facets. The first facet is studying, realizing and knowing truth, and experiencing, and knowing our true nature as the pure, unconditional, compassionate, loving, joyful, and all knowing consciousness within us, that is our Heart or Soul. This is more of a personal and individual experience or point of reference. The second facet is to express that reality and truth in our lives, in every thought, word and action — to live it; and to see that reality and truth in and as everyone and everything, everywhere. In this second facet we are reaching outside of our selves, touching, caring, loving and connecting with others, and the world around us, as we live out from our Hearts and Souls.
